A menu with the best Mallorcan wines (and not just Mallorca)

At Can Pep we like our guests to enjoy the best Mallorcan wines -and not just Mallorca-. We have just renewed the wine list and there is no shortage of some of the best wines on the island, how could it be otherwise. In Mallorca we have an incredible wine harvest in designation of origin such as Binissalem or Pla i Llevant. There are also wines without designation of origin, Local Wines that cannot be missing on the table for a perfect pairing.

Diners can taste some of the best Mallorcan wines on our terrace overlooking Port d’Andratx. In our menu we propose Mallorcan white wines such as the ecological Km. 1 Blanc, from the Tianna Negre winery; Veritas by José Luis Ferrer, or the Miquel Gelabert Chardonnay. Local rosés such as Macià Batle or Veritas Roig. And reds ranging from the intense Tianna Negre to the unctuous and well-known Golós. Mallorcan wines that anyone visiting the island should try.

Of course, the wine list is not limited only to our territory. We have wines from different national designations of origin. There are whites from Rueda (Malcorta), from Rías Baixas (Attis Lías Finas) and Chardonnay from the D.O. Costers del Segre like Raimat Chardonnay. Rosés from Penedés (Torrelló Rosa D’Abril). And incredible national reds as recognized as Marqués de Murrieta Reserva (D.O. La Rioja), Matarromera Crianza (D.O. Ribera del Duero) or Pago de Carraovejas (D.O. Ribera del Duero).

Premium wines in Mallorca

It is clear that if something we do not neglect at Can Pep is the wine list. That is why we include some wines that the most demanding palates demand. This is the case of the Vega Sicilia Valbuena 5th Year reds or the Vega Sicilia Único, both from Ribera del Duero. The unmistakable reds of Pingus, made with the Tinta fina grape, also come from the vicinity of the Duero river. The red Pingus is the most premium wine on the menu. Simply exquisite!

To finish, those who accompany their desserts with wine or are simply lovers of sweet wines, we have a D.O. Pedro Ximénez: the Ximénez Spinola PX Vintage. Every palate will find its perfect wine when they sit down at the table at Can Pep.
